As the Smurfs and Smurf Girls celebrate Smurfette returning to life again and the meeting of the two villages, Smurfwillow is seen having an outing with Papa Smurf in the end credits. Fortunately, the love that the Smurfs and Smurf Girls showed for Smurfette became powerful enough to re-animate the remains and turn Smurfette back into a real Smurf again. However, when Smurfette bravely sacrificed herself to stop Gargamel from using his equipment to siphon the Smurf essence out of her fellow Smurfs and Smurf Girls, reverting back to a lifeless lump of blue clay in the process, Smurfwillow joined with Papa Smurf in their return to the Smurf Village to mourn for their loss. While they were captives inside Gargamel's castle, Smurfwillow and Papa Smurf attempt an escape with the other captured Smurfs and Smurf Girls, which was eventually foiled by Gargamel sending his pets Azrael and Monty to stop them. She later meets her Smurf Village counterpart Papa Smurf when he comes to look for the four Smurfs that left his village and the two elderly leaders show signs of having feelings for each other, although that meeting was soon ruined by the appearance of Gargamel attacking and freezing all but Smurfette with his Freeze Balls. Upon meeting the first four Smurfs from the Smurf Village, she allowed them to be granted hospitality by her little Smurf Girls, although Smurfstorm still had suspicions about Smurfette. Willow has been said to be "very protective" of her girls as stated by Hefty in " Smurfs In Disguise", though it is unknown if this is true or if this is Hefty's lie, as he was disguising himself as a girl with Scaredy in that episode. ![]() In " Papa Smurf Leaves The Nest", she uses her magic to communicate with Papa Smurf, who had swapped bodies with a bird, and gets that information when she uses a potion that allows her to talk to birds. Willow has a good connection to animal life, most notably birds. The two often try to outsmart each other, such as bragging about who has bigger flowers in " Smurfy Mother's Day!" and challenging each other to a magic duel in "Smurfy Magic Duel". She has a lighter side too and she loves to tease Papa Smurf. She can even communicate with them! Unlike Papa Smurf (who's favorite magic is alchemy), Willow's favorite type of magic is natural magic, revealed in " Smurfy Magic Duel". She knows the secrets of nature and the properties of every kind of plant. Willow is wise, strong, brave, and funny. Willow is calm and often trying to make peace between everyone, such as attempting to resolve the conflict between Blossom and Storm and Lily in " Blossom Goes Wild!" and stopping Hefty from beating up Jokey in " A Smurfy Christmas". ![]() She quickly seems to have hit it off with Papa Smurf, the two aged leaders each apparently recognizing the other as a kindred spirit. She wears a sand-colored dress with a brown vest, a bracelet with purple and pink colored small stones on her right wrist, and red pants and hat with a daisy on the right side of her hat. Unlike her little Smurf Girls, who have dark blue hair, Willow has white hair which she wears in two pigtails and straight bangs. Just like Papa Smurf, Smurfwillow is the leader of her village and mother figure of 100 female Smurfs. She is the female counterpart of Papa Smurf who leads a group of Smurf Girls in her own village located in the Forbidden Forest before it was abandoned.
